Also known as "The Living Will", this document expresses your preferences as to the provision of, or refusal of, certain medical treatments in advance of a time when you may be too ill to do so.

Power of Attorney - £100.00 (each power)
(A legal document giving one or more person you trust power to deal with your affairs should it be convenient for you or should you become too ill to do so yourself.

There are two separate forms of Power:-

(a) a Financial power gives your attorney authority to deal with your property and money;

(b) a Welfare power gives your attorney power to make decisions regarding your personal welfare (e.g. where you should live, what medical intervention may be appropriate for you) but only after you have lost the capacity to make such decisions for yourself.
